INTRODUCTION

CJ series logging Winch are used in the process of oil drilling to measure the inclination and depth of oil wells and collect other downhole conditions and parameters. The structure of the whole machine adopts hydraulic mechanical stepless speed change, which is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and has a wide speed range. The electrical components can be equipped with explosion-proof or non-explosion-proof configurations according to user requirements, which is safe and reliable. According to the different requirements of users, the drawworks counting system has a mechanical counting system and an intelligent counting system. The mechanical counting system can display the depth position of the logging instrument when it is lowered or lifted. The intelligent counting system is equipped with a depth measurement system to display the lowering or lifting of the logging tool. In addition to the depth position, it can also display the speed of lowering or lifting and the real-time tension of the rope, and can set overspeed alarm and wellhead distance alarm to prevent accidental fall of the wellhead, effectively protect the measuring instrument, and ensure operation safety.
