Introduction

Manrider air winch is a kind of pneumatic motor as the power, through the built-in planetary deceleration mechanism to drive the drum, to achieve lifting or traction device. It is mainly used for land or offshore oil operations and can be used for both manned and payload lifting purposes.

8:1 design factor for manned; 5:1 design factor for load. The minimum ratio of drum diameter to cable diameter is 18:1, which prevents cable wear.

1. The winch adopts the drum double support structure, the rope end fixed form is safe and reliable;

               2. The winch deceleration system adopts (roller) built-in planetary deceleration mechanism;

               3. The brake system of the winch adopts two kinds of brake forms: internal full stop brake and external handbrake brake. Sealed automatic full disc brake, resistant to salt spray, dust or moisture erosion, manual roller mounted belt brake, the operator can brake;

4. The winch can realize two control forms, local operation and remote control operation. Both control forms must have multiple safety protection measures such as loose rope protection, overload protection, limit protection, emergency stop protection, air brake and safe release:

(1) Loose rope protection: when the hanging person or object contacts the support surface, the sling continues to fall a small distance, the system will automatically stop the sling down, so as not to hurt people or objects;

(2) Overload protection: When the load exceeds the rated load or set load, the winch will not be overloaded;

(3) Limit protection: the control system is equipped with a upper and lower limit device, when the winch lifts or exceeds the set upper and lower position, the winch will stop running, so as not to cause injury;

(4) Emergency stop protection: When the operation is out of control or other emergency situations, you can quickly press the "stop button" to interrupt the gas supply to avoid accidents. After the "stop button" is pressed, it has a self-locking function, even if the accidental spring can not restore the gas

supply, only after pressing the "On button", can restore the normal gas supply;

 (5)Automatic brake: When the gas supply system is interrupted due to pipe burst or other reasons, the winch will automatically brake to avoid injury or other losses;

(6)Emergency release function: When the compressed air supply is interrupted, the emergency release function can be used to lower the crew to a safe position.
