QJP series air capstan/Pneumatic Winch is a new type of pneumatic machinery products designed for the use of ships, docks and other needs and environment. It is powered by an air motor and transmits power to the drum

The QJP series air winch is available in three models to meet the requirements of different operating conditions: QJP-0.5*15, QJP-3*15 and QJP-5*15. The three products are designed with 0.8MPa rated intake pressure, and the maximum tractive force increases significantly with the upgrade of the model, respectively, 5kN, 30kN and 50kN, and the corresponding rated power is 2.6kW, 11kW and 16kW. In terms of operating efficiency, the basic QJP-0.5*15 and QJP-3*15 maintain a maximum rope speed of 15m/min, while the high-performance QJP-5*15 adopts a 5-15m/min adjustable rope speed design, taking into account efficiency and control accuracy. The gas consumption parameters show a step increase of ≤5m³/min, ≤11m³/min and ≤18m³/min, respectively. The weight of the whole machine increases with performance, ranging from 200kg to 500kg, the QJP-5*15 with its 50kN traction and adjustable speed characteristics is the first choice for heavy duty operations, while the QJP-0.5*15 lightweight structure is suitable for foundation traction scenarios. The series of products achieve accurate classification of performance parameters through modular design, which can meet the needs of material handling in many fields such as mines and ports.
